Halloween went very well. The smoking pumpkins worked great - they even managed to scare a few small children. (There were about 3 kids who wouldn’t come up the front walk because of the pumpkins. I shouldn’t be proud of that fact, but I am.) The film is being dropped off as I type this, so hopefully I’ll have some pictures later this afternoon.

It was a really great night for Halloween. Pleasantly warm and no rain. It would have been nicer with less breeze, only so that my fog didn’t get blown away so quickly. Kids began trick-or-treating around six and were done by eight, which was a little disappointing, but we did have about 80 come by.

Yesterday was spent driving to Grand Rapids and back. My parents bought an entire housefull of new furniture so we went over in the father-in-law’s Yukon to fetch a few pieces for ourselves. Of course, I had to work on their computer for them some more as well. Oh, and since we had the truck, dad and I ran over to Lowes and picked up his gauzes tub for the basement bathroom.
