Sarah and I had our first parenting class last night. It was good. Classes are held at the hospital where we’ll be delivering, and the instructor is a nurse in the delivery area of the same hospital. (more…)

This past Sunday Sarah and I spent 3½ hours registering at Babies-R-Us. I think we managed to get all of the essentials down. (The exception being a rocking chair – they only sell gliders and I really prefer good old fashion rockers. )

Much to our delight, the hand-crafted Amish furniture we ordered arrived early. They called Sarah yesterday afternoon to set up delivery for 9:00 am today.
